Sakura Garden was born from a simple vision: to bridge the ancient culinary traditions of Japan with the vibrant innovation of modern gastronomy. Since 2018, we've been crafting extraordinary dining experiences that honor both worlds.

Every ingredient is thoughtfully sourced—from the freshest fish at Tokyo's Tsukiji Market to locally grown organic produce. Our kitchen is a place where centuries-old techniques meet contemporary creativity.

Chef Hiroshi Tanaka

Executive Chef & Co-Founder

With over 25 years of culinary mastery spanning Tokyo, Paris, and New York, Chef Tanaka brings a rare depth of experience to every plate. Trained under three Michelin-starred masters in Ginza, he later honed his fusion philosophy in the kitchens of Le Bernardin and Nobu.

His approach is rooted in the Japanese principle of kodawari—an unwavering pursuit of perfection in every detail, from the sourcing of ingredients to the final presentation.
